Do you need a full line of equipment to get a better body and to improve your health? I am going to surprise you: 80% of the equipment in a commercial gym is unnecessary! All you need in first is your own body weight: look at the body of old time athletes, they did not have chromed loaded plates machines, they used their own body weight and a few basic equipment like dumbbells, barbells or kettlebells. Body weight calisthenics can be very powerful and are very functional, you can do them anywhere, even in a few square feet! Here are some tips to manage your time and to go into action: - You don't need to go anywhere: stay at the place where you are, home or office, and do your body weight exercises. - Schedule and make it your priority at a precise time of the day - Wake up a few minutes earlier and do it first thing in the morning. - You do not need any equipment, just your body weight. - Set up a short routine of body weight calisthenics and deep breathing exercise. - Just 3 minutes and you are done, so you are sure to do it! - Focus on what you are doing. - Make it everyday, at the same time, so it will become a habit very soon.
